       继金砖大厦、浦发大厦、渣打银行大厦、上海保险交易所后,万物梁行上海区域团队赢得又一金融客户青睐。自2021年年初起,万物梁行接受大华银行集团委托,为其中国总部大楼提供全权物业管理服务。

大华银行大厦地处上海陆家嘴核心地段,坐拥黄浦江一线景观。与金茂大厦、上海中心大厦、环球金融中心遥相呼应,两条轨道交通连通四方,地铁2号线(东昌路站)、4号线(浦东大道站)更是贯通南京路、外滩、豫园、淮海路乃至虹桥开发区,具备得天独厚的交通网络。

大厦总建筑面积约3.6万平方米,集合商务办公、艺术画廊于一体、从物业管理,装修和配套设置,都达到了国际标准,是陆家嘴地区唯一整栋由外资银行投资购买的甲级办公楼宇。

极光智慧楼宇管理系统正在运用于大华银行大厦。该系统是一套支撑运维管理、项目管理、空间管理、能耗管理等不动产全生命周期管理的数字化解决方案,通过在线工单、智能安防、数据巡查等系统功能实现大厦的高效运营与成本管理。

From the beginning of 2021, Cushman & WakefieldVanke Service, appointed by United Overseas Bank (UOB), has startedto provide its integrated property management service for UOB(China)'s headquarters building in Shanghai.

UOBPlaza is located at the core area of Lujiazui in Shanghai,overlooking the frontline scenery of Huangpu River. It echoes withShanghai Jinmao Tower, Shanghai Tower and Shanghai World FinancialCenter, with 2 metro lines connecting traffics from alldirections. Shanghai metro Line 2 (Dongchang Road Station) and Line 4(Pudong Avenue Station) make a unique transportation networkconnecting Nanjing Road Zone, The Bund, Yu Garden, Huaihai Road Zone,and even Hongqiao Development Area.

Witha total gross area of about 36,000m2,UOB Plaza is a Grade A commercial office building with an artgallery, meeting international standards of asset management,decorations, and facilities. It is the only Grade A office buildinginvested and purchased by a foreign-funded bank in Lujiazui.
