01|Harrods将在英国拓展H Beauty美妆店铺

近日,Harrods(哈罗德百货)宣布将在未来12个月分别在爱丁堡、布里斯托尔和纽卡斯尔开设新的H Beauty美妆集合店。Harrods方面表示,此举是H Beauty长期战略扩张计划的一部分。

新的店铺将延续现有店铺的设置,集合成熟和初创品牌,以及一些来自当地公司和制造商的产品,店内还会配备互动游戏台、护肤站、护理区和香槟吧。


01|Harrods to expand its H Beauty store in UK

Harrods has announced that it will open new H Beauty stores in Edinburgh, Bristol and Newcastle over the next 12 months. According to Harrods, the new store opening is part of H Beauty's long-term strategic expansion plan.

The new store will continue the existing setup with established and famous brands, as well some products selected from local companies and manufacturers. It will also feature an interactive gaming console, a skincare station, a care area and a champagne bar.
 
02|梅林娱乐将在中国开设小猪佩奇度假村

梅林娱乐(Merlin entertainment)是全球领先的娱乐公司,旗下拥有乐高乐园、杜莎夫人蜡像馆和海洋探索中心等品牌及项目。近日,梅林娱乐宣布与中国四川天府新区眉山签署正式合作协议,打造全球首个独立的小猪佩奇度假村。

该度假村将于2021年7月开始建设,预计2024年开业,将吸引国内外游客,这将极大地促进眉山的就业和税收,并促进配套产业的进一步发展。新的合资企业还将有助于四川文化旅游业的快速发展,提高四川和眉山的国际知名度。

在过去的三年里,梅林娱乐已经分别在德国的海德公园和意大利的加德兰度假村推出了两个“内部乐园”,最近还宣布了将于2022年在佛罗里达开放小猪佩奇主题公园的新闻。


02|Merlin Entertainments opens Pegga Pig Resort in China

Merlin Entertainments, a global leader in location-based entertainment with brands including LEGOLAND®, Madame Tussauds and SEA LIFE, announced that it has entered into a formal cooperation agreement to create the world’s first standalone Peppa Pig Resort in Meishan, part of Sichuan Tianfu New Area, China.

Construction is due to begin in July 2021, and the Resort is expected to open in 2024, with Merlin and its Chinese partners dedicated to developing the attraction into a global flagship resort. The project will attract a combination of domestic visitors and foreign tourists, which will significantly contribute to Meishan’s employment and tax revenue and contribute to the further development of supporting industries. The new joint venture will also aid the rapid development of Sichuan’s cultural tourism industry and raise the international profile of both Sichuan and Meishan.

Over the past three years Merlin has launched two “in-park” lands within Heide Park and Gardaland Resort in Germany and Italy respectively, with a recently announced, standalone Peppa Pig Theme Park also planned to open in Florida in 2022.
 
03|中国中免正式递交香港上市申请

中国中免于日前发布声明宣布,公司已于6月25日向香港联交所递交发行上市的申请,并于2021年6月25日晚间在香港联交所网站刊登了本次发行上市的申请资料。彭博社分析师早前预计,中国中免可能通过本次上市集资至少50亿美元约合390亿港元。


03|China Duty Free (CDF) formally submitted its application to list in Hong Kong

CDF announced in a statement that it has submitted an application to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx) on 25 June, 2021, and published the application materials on the website of the HKEx on the evening of 25 June, 2021. Analysts estimated by Bloomberg News earlier that CDF could raise at least $5 billion, or HK$ 39 billion through the listing.
 
04|“LaLa station上海莲花路”预计2021年内开业

2021年年内,三井不动产在日本本土外的首个车站大楼商业设施——Mitsui Shopping Park LaLa station上海莲花路,将完成整体开业,成为车站、商业、办公一体化的复合型设施。

据悉,AgiiPlus Group堂堂加集团旗下联合办公品牌“DISTRII办伴”确定入驻,此外,源自德国的社区超市品牌“ALDI奥乐齐”已于 6月25日先行开业。

04|Mitsui Shopping Park LaLa station is expected to open in 2021

In 2021, Mitsui Fudosan's first station building commercial facility outside Japan -- Mitsui Shopping Park LaLa station will complete its overall opening and become a complex facility integrating station, business and office building.

Office brand Aldi Orazi under Agiiplus Group's Distrii has announced to be introduced, along with ALDI, community supermarket brand based in Germany, opened on 25 June.

Previously, Mitsui Fudosan put forward the goal of "evolving into a global enterprise" in its long-term business policy "Vision 2025", striving to achieve the leapfrog development in its overseas business. So far, it not only expand business in US, UK and other European and American countries, but also in the Asian countries and regions.
 
05|墨尔本地标Myer Melbourne购物中心出售多数股权

作为墨尔本CBD最著名的建筑之一,Myer Melbourne购物中心声誉响遍全球。该项目占地5680平方米,拥有61米的临街面,提供9层零售住宿,拥有4万平方米的套内面积(GLA)。

澳大利亚房地产信托基金Charter Hall联合Abacus已获得Myer Melbourne购物中心的66.66%股权,余下的33.33%股权则由澳大利亚零售地产巨头Vicinity Centres保留。

该交易是澳大利亚2021年迄今为止最大的CBD零售交易,也是逾13年以来墨尔本最大的CBD零售交易。


05|Melbourne landmark Myer Melbourne shopping center sold its majority interest

As one of the most famous buildings in Melbourne's CBD, Myer Melbourne Shopping Center is famous all over the world. Covering 5,680 square meters with 61 meters of street-facing, the project offers 9 levels of retail accommodation with 40,000 square meters of in-suite area (GLA).

Australian real estate trust Charter Hall and Abacus have acquired a 66.66% stake in the Myer Melbourne shopping center, with the remaining 33.33% retained by Australian retail property giant Vicinity Centres.

The sale represents the largest CBD retail transaction in Australia to date in 2021 and the largest Melbourne CBD retail transaction in more than 13 years.

Brand Finance, a British brand evaluation agency, recently released the list of "TOP 500 European brands in 2021". The total value of the brands reached 1759.1 billion euros, and there were six luxury brands in the TOP 100. 

Gucci was the highest brand value, but it dropped 16.6% compared with the previous year to 13.28 billion euros, ranking 22nd in the total list, followed by Louis Vuitton, Chanel and Cartier Hermes and Dior ranked 32nd, 34th and 60th respectively.

07|珠宝品牌APM Monaco将在中国香港上市,一半收入来自中国内地

摩纳哥珠宝品牌APM Monaco已于6月29日向港交所主板提交了上市申请。有知情人士表示,APM Monaco在今年3月就选定了中金公司及大摩作为保荐人,启动IPO计划,当时给出的集资目标约为3亿美元。

APM Monaco由Ariane Prette于1982年在摩纳哥创办,最初主要为欧洲的珠宝零售商提供设计和生产服务。1992年,APM Monaco将生产基地迁到中国,并于2012年正式创立自己的珠宝品牌。数据显示,2020年该品牌总收入为19.2亿港元,其中有57.2%来自中国内地。

丹麦玩具巨头 LEGO(乐高)集团日前宣布推出首款由再生塑料制成的原型积木。

The Danish toy giant LEGO Group has announced the launch of its first prototype building block made of recycled plastic.

This brand new LEGO prototype building block is made of PET plastic recycled from waste plastic bottles. The raw material suppliers are from the United States. The recycling and production process of waste plastic bottles strictly comply with the requirements of FDA and EFSA. LEGO says a 1-liter plastic bottle can make about 10 pieces of 2 × Four size prototype blocks.

01|Nike年度财报销售额增长19%,股价飙涨逾15%

据悉,Nike6月25日收盘股价猛涨15.53%至154.35美元,市值达2438亿美元,创历史新高。

Nike在财报中透露,该财年第四季度Nike销售额同比增长96%,至123亿美元;2021财年全年销售额比上年增长19%,至445亿美元,高出分析师预期。截至目前,已至少有13家券商提高了Nike的目标股价,其中最高的是Stifel预期的213美元,远远超过华尔街分析师平均预期则为175美元。


01|Nike's annual sales rose 19% and its stock soared more than 15%

Nike closed 25 June at a record high of $243.8 billion, with its shares surging 15.53% to $154.35, which set a new record. Sales rose 96% to $12.3 billion in Q4 from a year earlier, the company said in its earnings statement. 

Full-year sales in fiscal 2021 rose 19% from the previous year to $44.5 billion, beating analysts' expectations. So far, at least 13 brokerages have raised their price targets on Nike, with Stifel's estimate of $213 topping the average Wall Street analyst estimation of $175.

03|Bosideng's fiscal 2021 net profit surged 42%

In its latest fiscal year ended 31 March, domestic down wear brand Bosideng reported a 10.9% y-o-y increase in revenue to 13.52 billion yuan and a 42.1% y-o-y jump in net profit to 1.71 billion yuan. Net profit increased to 58.6% from 55% in the same period last year thanks to brand rebuilding and product expansion. Its revenue surged 14.5% y-o-y to 10.889 billion yuan, accounting for about 80.5% of the total revenue.
 
04|H&M 6月收入大涨25% 几乎恢复疫情前水平

Global M&A activity broke records in Q2, hitting a record $1.5 trillion in deals and up 13% from Q1, according to data recently released by Refinitiv, but activity involving special-purpose buyout firm SPAC reduced. By region, US saw deals jump 440% from a year earlier to $699 billion in Q2, while Asia Pacific saw deals rise 104% to $327 billion and Europe recorded a 50% rise to $293 billion.

07|Shein to open a new center in Singapore to expand its market in Southeast Asia

According to Marketing Inactive’s report, Chinese fast-fashion cross-border e-commerce Shein is planning to further its steps in the Southeast Asian market by building a regional hub in Singapore with a separate site dedicated to Malaysian online consumers. 

It is reported that since June 2021, Shein's daily package volume has been stable at more than 1 million orders, the average customer unit price is 70 dollars, the daily sales of more than 70 million dollars, is likely to surpass Zara within two years. As previous report showed, Shein recently issued a statement denying IPO is and it will focus on the development and brand growing.

09|李宁预计上半年净赚逾18亿元

李宁日前发布盈利预喜,预计集团在截至6月30日止的六个月内,将录得不少于18亿元的净利润,而去年同期净利润为6.83亿元。值得注意的是,李宁去年全年净利润为16.98亿,而今年仅上半年的净利或将超越去年整年净利。李宁表示,集团业绩改善主要得益于收入增长超过60%以及经营利润率持续改善。


09|Li Ning expects to net more than 1.8 billion yuan in the first half

Li Ning is expected to report a net profit of no less than 1.8 billion yuan in the six months ended 30 June, compared with 683 million yuan in the same period last year. 

It is worth noting that Li Ning's net profit was 1.698 billion yuan last year, and this year's net profit in the first half of the year may exceed last year's net profit for the whole year. Li Ning said the improvement was mainly due to revenue growth of more than 60% and continued improvement in operating margins.

据纽约时报援引多位知情人士透露,美国标志性塑身内衣品牌Spanx正在与高盛洽谈潜在的出售事宜,交易估值或高达10亿美元。

据悉,Spanx还吸引了Carlyle、TPG等私募基金的兴趣。尽管Spanx是一家私营公司,不需要公开财务状况,但有消息人士预计Spanx过去一年的销售额在3亿至4亿美元之间,营业利润在5000万至8000万美元之间。

Playboy, a men's lifestyle brand, recently revealed that it will buy Australian underwear brand honey Bridette for about $333 million in cash and shares to expand its product portfolio. The related transaction is expected to be completed in the third quarter.

Founded in 2006, Honey Birdette is now mainly sold in North America and Europe. In the 12 months to 30 June, the brand's revenue rose 40% year-on-year to $73 million, and its EBITDA rose 95% to $28 million.

03|Cartier parent company acquires luxury handbag brand Delvaux

According to FashionNetwork news, on 30 June, the parent company of Cartier, Richemont Group, announced in a statement that it would buy 100% of Delvaux, a Belgian luxury handbag brand, from Feng Brothers, but did not disclose the specific transaction amount. When the deal is completed, Delvaux will be placed in other parts of the Richemont Group.

Richemont Group said that in the future, it will empower Delvaux from omni-channel and digital aspects, accelerate the global expansion of the brand, and aim to bring this handbag brand with a longer history than Hermes back to its peak. Since the beginning of this year, the stock price of Richemont Group has increased by 38%, and its current market value is 63.3 billion Swiss francs, a record high.

近日,日本 24小时便利店巨头7-Eleven的母公司、日本柒和伊控股公司(Seven &i Holdings Co)宣布,计划出售持有的家居杂货品牌Francfranc的部分股份。

柒和伊指出,该计划意在退出与核心便利店业务关联较弱的领域,将经营资源投入到美国市场等持续增长的业务上。自2000年起,柒和伊一直在推进集团的多元化经营,将便利店业务获得的收益用于投资其它业务领域,本次是首次减持,意味着集团战略部署的一次转折。

05|7-Eleven's parent company sold part of its home groceries brand Francfranc to focus on its core convenience store business

Seven&i Holdings Co, the parent company of 7-ELEVEN, a Japanese 24-hour convenience store giant, recently announced that it plans to sell part of its stake in Francfranc, a household grocery brand.

Qihe Yi pointed out that the plan is intended to withdraw from the areas with weak connection with the core convenience store business, and put the operating resources into the continuous growth business such as the U.S. market. Since 2000, Qihe Yi has been promoting the diversified operation of the group, using the income from the convenience store business to invest in other business areas. This is the first time to reduce its holdings, which means a turning point in the strategic deployment of the group.
 
06|成立仅一年半的法国二手童装交易平台Beebs获300万欧元投资

法国初创二手童装交易平台Beebs日前宣布获得300万欧元投资,本轮投资由Isai 和Citizen Capital领投。

Beebs由Arsène Huot和好友Morgan Hilmi成立于2020年1月,总部位于法国巴黎。Arsène Huot和Morgan Hilmi在2019年夏天先后迎来了自己人生中的第一个孩子,虽然初为人父令他们十分喜悦,但二人在挑选婴儿服装的时候都犯了难,Morgan Hilmi 回忆道:“我们俩其实都不太愿意花太多的钱买一件使用时间很短的产品,因为小孩子长得实在太快了”。

在这样的契机下,Arsène Huot 和 Morgan Hilmi 决定推出 Beebs 平台,专门转售0~14岁儿童的服饰、婴儿床等产品,让新手父母能够低价买到合适的儿童用品。

Beebs is found by Arsène Huot and his friend Morgan Hilmi in January 2020, headquartered in Paris, France. Arsène Huot and Morgan Hilmi had their first children in summer of 2019. Although they were very happy to be a new father, they both had trouble choosing baby clothes. Morgan Hilmi recalled: "we were not willing to spend too much money on a product with a very short use time, because children grow up too fast."

In such an opportunity, Arsène Huot and Morgan Hilmi decided to launch Beebs platform to resell 0-14-year-old children's clothing, cribs and other products, so that novice parents can buy suitable children's products at a low price.
